Magnetic Yoke Replacement Guide
Most enquiries are replacements, not new furnaces. The coil is already there. The yoke has loosened, the water pocket has cracked, or the laminations have rusted at the cut edge.
Photograph the yoke from the side and from the water connections. If a drawing exists, send it. Note capacity, frequency, power, coil diameter, coil height and how many yokes sit around the coil. Say whether the cooling is a channel, a tank, copper tube or stainless tube.
Replacement pages on this site cover 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 60 and 70 ton furnaces. The new yoke is stacked to that coil. It is not a stock block cut down to size.
