60 Ton Induction Furnace Magnetic Yoke
At 60 tons the yoke is both a flux path and a structural beam. The magnetic yoke on this site is stacked from 23RJ100 cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel. Insulation separates the two stainless plates from the laminations. A dual-circuit water channel is welded to the stainless. Ten M20 stainless bolts clamp the stack. Coil coverage is above 60 percent.
The 60 ton silicon steel column is a different part: WISCO sheet, dual stainless water channels, six stainless bolts, about 65 percent coverage. Do not substitute one drawing for the other. Send the nameplate capacity and a photo of the bolt line.
