35 Ton Directional Silicon Steel Magnetic Yoke: Drawing, Dimensions and RFQ Guide
35 Ton Directional Silicon Steel Magnetic Yoke: Drawing, Dimensions and RFQ Guide
Guide to 35 ton yoke drawings, dimensions, coil radius and technical RFQs.
Start With Furnace Capacity
Capacity is the first filter, but it is not the final specification. The current range covers 2 ton to 70 ton furnaces and includes several designs at selected capacities.
Match the Yoke to the Coil
The yoke is built around the coil geometry. Provide coil diameter or radius, available clearance and the existing yoke dimensions whenever possible.
Choose the Cooling Construction
The current range includes water-cooled channels, copper tube embedded and stainless steel tube embedded designs. Cooling inlet and outlet positions are important installation dimensions.
Replacement Projects Need Photographs
Take wide and close photographs of the old yoke, including both ends, fixing points, cooling connections and any damaged areas. A ruler or known dimension in a photo is useful.
New Furnace Projects Need Drawings
For a new furnace, provide the furnace drawing, coil dimensions and yoke installation area. A technical drawing reduces the risk of an incorrect first quotation.
What to Put in an International RFQ
Send furnace capacity, yoke type, coil dimensions, quantity, photos or drawing, cooling arrangement and destination country. This simple package works well for U.S., Brazilian and European inquiries.
Engineering Review Before Production
The manufacturer should review the actual furnace configuration before final production. The current site invites buyers to send furnace capacity, coil dimensions, existing yoke photos or a technical drawing for review.
Why Custom Manufacturing Matters
Two furnaces with the same nominal tonnage can have different coil dimensions and mounting details. A custom yoke should reproduce the installation requirements instead of relying only on a catalog size.
Quotation and Ordering
After the technical arrangement is confirmed, confirm quantity, packing, delivery destination and required export documents. Clear commercial information helps keep the project moving.
